The Genpro ELE is built around an ASME pressure vessel available in either vertical or horizontal configurations and equipped with stainless steel electric heating elements. All surfaces in contact with feedwater and generated steam are 316L stainless steel with sanitary connections for cGMP configurations. A fully drainable vessel and piping design prevents standing water buildup, eliminating the risk of bacterial growth that could compromise steam quality. Every unit is assembled with non-proprietary components and available in custom sizes and layouts to integrate cleanly into your specific facility.

The separator forces the generated clean steam through a rigorous path, removing any residual moisture and impurities. The resulting pure steam is consistently dry and contaminant-free, meeting USP pharmacopeia and Water for Injection (WFI) quality standards for direct product contact and sterile pharmaceutical applications.
