Venticell ECO & EVO

Patented Forced Air Movement

  • Precise uniformity is achieved via the patented forced air system moving air vertically & both directions horizontally.

  • Air surrounds media uniformly unlike most systems that move air from one or two directions

  • Air is exchanged in the chamber an industry leading 48x per hour in 111 model

  • Temperature range is 10°C above ambient to 250°C.

  • High temperature to 300°C is an available option

  • ECO LCD Digital Controller with 9 programs and 2 segments. Optional ECO + for a total of 8 segments per program 

  • Optional EVO LCD Color controller with 100 programs and 100 Segments. Includes 30-day on board data logging

  • Communication Ports, USB device and RS232. Optional USB Flash port for 30-day data logging and Ethernet

  • Optional Data capture with Warmcomm software for PC or place on Network. Use with up to 25 BMT devices

  • 304 AISI Stainless steel chamber. Optional 316 AISI Stainless Steel Chamber

  • Unique double wall chamber: Main chamber is seamless with rounded  corners. The Inner chamber is removable, without tools for higher cleaning and sterilization standards

  • Patented door closing system, sealing the door to the chamber gasket with the 4 point locking door. Hands free door opening and closing

  • 5 layers of insulation, including 2” of rockwool for uniform temperature, energy efficiency and safe to the touch exterior

  • Shelf brackets do not penetrate the chamber and are molded into the inner chamber wall. Shelf brackets at 2.8" apart

  • Optional Rolling carts for elevating and moving the Venticell in the lab

  • Models 22, 55, 111: 115V  Models 222, 404, 707, 1212: 230V

Sterilization Oven

  • When a user is required to validate the sterilization cycle the Stericell is the preferred high temperature dry-heat oven solution.

  • Three pre-set validated sterilization cycles

  • Time, Date and exposure is recorded. A interrupted sterilization cycle will not be validated

    • 160°C, 60 minute sterilization program

    • 170°C, 30 minute sterilization program
    • 180°C, 20 minute sterilization program

  • Provision the Stericell with Warmcomm software, USB Flash drive or a protocol printer to record the validated cycle

  • The patented forced air movement system that moves air both vertically & horizontally precise uniformity is achieved. 

  • Includes Particle free modification which assists in preventing contamination

  • ECO LCD Digital Controller with three (3) pre-set sterilization cycles along with 2 programs where time and temperature can be edited

  • Optional EVO LCD Color controller with 100 programs and 100 Segments. Includes 30-day on board data logging
